The media centre is available on hire for exhibitors to hold exclusive press conferences, company product launches and business meetings.
Hire charges for every 2 Hrs of booking is Rs. 40,000 or US$ 1,000 plus service tax @ 10.30%

- Light refreshments

Media Room Booking Rights are reserved by the EIPL Communications Department and is subject to availability.
Press invites are to be sent by the exhibitor.
Mode of Payment:
Payment by bank draft should be in favour of Exhibitions India Pvt. Ltd, payable at New Delhi.
